These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Powerlifting Coach AI service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You may not (a) upload content that infringes others' rights or contains illegal material; (b) attempt to interfere with the Service's operation; (c) reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law; (d) use the Service to provide medical advice or diagnosis to third parties.
You retain ownership of videos and other content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g., generate analyses, store results). We do not sell or share your content with third parties for marketing.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided per applicable consumer-protection law.
The Service provides automated analysis and informational coaching only. See our health disclaimer for full details. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time at /api/v2/me/delete or
via the Settings page.
We may update these Terms; we will notify you via email or in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
